CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM 巧克力冰淇淋





CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM 巧克力冰淇淋 ~By STep WonG
材料:
Milk牛奶 230ml,Cocoa Powder 可可粉4 1/2 tbsp, Egg Yolks蛋黄 4 粒,
Castor Sugar 幼糖 75g,Fresh Cream(Whipped)植物性鲜奶油 380g (打发) 

Method

1.) Combine egg yolk, milk,sugarand cocoa powder and mix well.
2.) Use low heat cook till thick,leave to cool.
3.) When cool mix with whipped cream.
4.) Sandwich with cake and keep in freezer for overnight.
5.) Unmould for decorate.

做法:
1.)将蛋黄,鲜奶,砂糖和可可粉搅匀。用小火煮热至浓,息火,待凉。
2.)把(1)倒入打发的植物性鲜奶油中搅拌均匀。
3.)把拌好的雪糕倒入已放入一片蛋糕的模里。雪糕上面再盖上一片蛋糕。
4.)包好,放入冰格里冷藏隔夜或至硬即可。脱模。装饰。


巧克力海棉蛋糕 ~By STep WonG

(A)
250g 巧克力海棉蛋糕粉chocolate sponge mix
250g 鸡蛋(5粒A蛋)Eggs grate A
65g 水或牛奶 water / milk
半茶匙香草精 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

(B)
65g 蜀米油 corn oil

Method:
1.) Beat ingredients (A) at high speed till fluffy.
2.) Add in corn oil, and stir with whisk or spatula.
3.) Pour batter into 9" lined mould.
4.) Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.

做法:
1.)将(A)料打至松发至到可以写 “0”都不会踏下即可。
2.)加入(B)料轻轻拌匀。
3.)倒入 9" 模以180度烘35-40分钟
